My stay at Muse Amsterdam Boutique was truly delightful. The room was spacious enough for my family, and the location, while not in the bustling center, was charming and close to famous museums. The staff left a great impression with their warm welcome and attentive service. However, the breakfast experience could use some improvement as it wasn't always stocked enough, and the dining area was a bit cozy. Overall, it's a wonderful value for money for a family-friendly stay.

Rooms
9.0
The family room was surprisingly large, offering plenty of space for all of us, which was a pleasant surprise.
Service
10.0
The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to assist us during our stay.
Location
8.0
Although it’s located in a quieter area away from the main tourist spots, it's just a short walk to the museums, which I found quite enjoyable.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was decent but could be better stocked; sometimes it felt like we had to wait for items to be replenished.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel has a cozy terrace which added a nice touch to our experience.

7.0/10

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short stroll to major museums, and offers clean, comfortable rooms. However, the size of the rooms is not ideal, especially for two people, and noise from neighbors can be distracting. The breakfast selection is decent but could be improved due to limited space during busy hours.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The lack of space made it challenging to unpack and move around, especially with the limited furniture available.
Service
7.0
The staff were helpful but could improve on attentiveness to guest needs, especially regarding room issues.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near the museum district, making it easy to explore major attractions without the noise of the city center.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offers a variety of options but the setup can get cramped when the hotel is busy. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities are minimal but adequate. The coffee station available all day was a nice touch, though the breakfast area felt too cramped.

5.6/10

The hotel had a central location that made exploring the city easy, and the friendly staff added a nice touch to our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The furnishings seemed worn out, and housekeeping standards were lacking. For the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of value for what was advertised as a boutique experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room we stayed in was quite small and appeared more cramped than we anticipated. It lacked adequate space for our luggage, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly enough, but the service felt disorganized at times, particularly during check-in.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located close to tram stops and within walking distance of the museum area, which is definitely a big plus.
Dining
5.0
I didn't eat at the hotel, as I heard breakfast was overpriced and not very satisfactory. We found better options nearby.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities felt dated and could use some refurbishment to align with a boutique hotel's image.

7.8/10

Overall, the hotel had a fantastic staff that made my stay enjoyable, and the rooms were decent, though on the smaller side, which is expected in Europe. The convenient tram stop nearby made exploring the city easy, but the breakfast options weren't impressive, and the lack of space in the room was a bit of a challenge.

Rooms
7.0
The room was decent and had a nice touch with the beverages in the refrigerator, but it was on the smaller side and lacked storage for luggage.
Service
10.0
The staff were outstanding and very helpful, making my stay much more pleasant.
Location
9.0
The hotel was conveniently located just off a tram stop, making it easy to get around the city, and it was also very quiet for a good night's sleep.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was adequate, but I found better dining options around the area, so I wouldn't recommend opting for it.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were limited, with no bar available, but the courtyard was a nice touch.

8.0/10

This boutique hotel offers a fantastic base just a short walk from the main museums and attractions in Amsterdam. The rooms are neat and come with a lovely complimentary coffee setup, though they are on the smaller side. The staff really made our stay enjoyable with their attentive service and local recommendations. However, the breakfast options could be improved, and the room decor might not suit everyone's taste.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and brightly decorated, featuring a complimentary coffee machine, but they felt a bit small and crowded.
Service
10.0
The staff was extremely friendly and always eager to help, offering great tips on getting around and local sights.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect, with easy access to tram stops and just a 10-minute walk to the major museums in a quiet residential area.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast options were decent but could use a wider variety, though we enjoyed picking up pastries from a nearby bakery.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features a cozy coffee corner, but lacks a spacious lounge area which may limit relaxation options.
